We are very good at being frugal in this house. I always view it as a challenge and feel self accomplished to re-purpose something. Re-purposing was the challenge of the week for Iron Craft, I totally jumped on this.
When I sew I save all my scraps because I love scrappy quilts. When I get enough scraps I hope to make a really nice scrappy quilt. There are always the half inch pieces and what not that I do not use because by the time you would get the seam in there would be nothing showing. I collect these in a container. I used them at Easter and the other day me and my girls made some pictures with them.

What did you do with them at Easter? Use them as Easter grass?
